Sales Partner Program — Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the Mtaajr Sales Partner Program ("Program"). By registering as a Sales Partner, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in full. The Program is operated by Mtaajr, a sub-trademark owned by e-Xeed & Exceed Business LLC, operating a SaaS eCommerce platform serving merchants across the GCC, Levant, and North Africa.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Have a valid email address and bank account capable of receiving international transfers
  • Not be previously banned or blacklisted from the Program

Existing Mtaajr vendors and employees may apply to the Program. However, referring your own vendor account to generate a commission, or registering a new account under your referral link for yourself or for a business you own or control, is strictly prohibited and constitutes self-referral fraud (see Section 4.4).

3. Application & Approval

Submitting a registration form does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are reviewed and approved at Mtaajr's sole discretion. We reserve the right to reject any application without providing a reason. Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email with your commission configuration.

4. Referral Mechanics

4.1 Referral Link. Upon approval, you will be assigned a unique referral link. You must use this link when referring potential vendors.

4.2 Attribution. A referral is attributed to you when a new vendor registers through your referral link within 30 days of their first click. Only one partner can be credited per vendor registration.

4.3 Commission Trigger. Commissions are only earned when an attributed vendor completes a paid subscription payment. Registration alone does not generate a commission.

4.4 Self-Referral Prohibition. Using your referral link to sign up a vendor account you own, control, or benefit from — including your own existing account — is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all commissions.

5. Commission Structure

5.1 Commission Type. Your commission rate is configured by Mtaajr at approval and communicated by email. You will be notified of any changes at least 14 days in advance.

5.2 Commission Triggers. Either first subscription only, or ongoing renewals — as configured on your account.

5.3 Vesting Period. All commissions are subject to a 30-day vesting period. Pending commissions may be reversed if the underlying transaction is refunded during vesting.

5.4 Earning Caps. Time and value caps may apply as configured on your account and communicated at approval or upon any subsequent change.

6. Referral Discounts

If Mtaajr grants you a referral discount allowance, you may offer a discount (up to your granted maximum) to vendors registering through your referral link. Granting a discount reduces the subscription amount on which your commission is calculated. For example: a 10% discount on a $100 plan means your commission is calculated on $90.

7. Payments & Withdrawals

7.1 Threshold. Withdrawals require your available balance to meet the minimum threshold set on your account. If your account is configured for "Upon Request," you may withdraw any available balance at any time.

7.2 Process. Withdrawals are processed manually within 7–14 business days. Valid bank details and identity verification are required before the first payout.

7.3 Currency. All commissions and payouts are in USD.

7.4 Taxes. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes on your commission income.

7.5 Rejected Withdrawals. Mtaajr may reject a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or policy violations. You will be notified by email.

8. Prohibited Activities
  • Using spam or deceptive advertising to promote Mtaajr
  • Misrepresenting Mtaajr's products, pricing, or features
  • Creating fake or fraudulent vendor accounts to generate commissions
  • Bidding on Mtaajr's branded keywords without prior written approval
  • Offering unauthorized discounts or incentives beyond your granted allowance
  • Sharing, selling, or transferring your referral link or partner account
  • Any activity that harms Mtaajr's reputation or brand
9. Program Suspension & Termination

Mtaajr may suspend or terminate your participation at any time. Upon termination, your referral link is deactivated. Vested commissions meeting the threshold may be claimed within 30 days. Pending commissions are cancelled upon termination.

10. Program Kill Switch

Mtaajr may pause the Program at any time. During a pause, referral links are deactivated and no new commissions are recorded. Existing vested balances are preserved. You will be notified by email.

11. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Mtaajr's name and branding solely to promote the platform. This license is revoked upon termination.

12. Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed in connection with the Program, including commission rates and vendor data.

13. Limitation of Liability

Mtaajr's total liability to you shall not exceed the total commissions paid in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

14. Modifications

Mtaajr may modify this Agreement at any time with email notice of material changes. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming, USA.

16. Privacy Policy

By participating in the Program, you consent to Mtaajr collecting and processing the following personal data:

  • Registration data: Name, email, phone, country, partner type — used to manage your account and communications
  • Financial data: Bank account details, national ID — stored encrypted, used solely for payout processing, visible only to authorized Mtaajr staff
  • Activity data: Referral clicks, attributed vendors, commissions — used to calculate and display your earnings
  • Technical data: IP address hash, device type, user agent — used for bot detection and click quality assurance

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is retained for the duration of your participation and for 3 years thereafter for accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting partners@mtaajr.com.
